Simply recharge your BSNL SIM with ₹56 Voucher and wait for confirmation message. After confirmation you can happily roam other countries mentioned in the list by BSNL.
Activate BSNL Prepaid International Roaming with Selfcare SMS
Send an SMS to 123 in the below mentioned Selfcare SMS format.
STV<space>IR56 to 123
You will get a confirmation message. Money will be deducted from your main balance. You should activate International Roaming before going out of India. Once you leave India, You can not activate international roaming.
In Andhra Pradesh, the costs of International roaming vouchers are ₹57 and ₹161. So the SMS format to activate roaming is as follows.

BSNL international roaming service very bad service. First off all no customer service available. They just mention on their web recharge 57 to get international roaming. Useless customer services. Jio Airtel or any other telecom they have WhatsApp customer services 24hour. But this company is still living 1982. My fault why I brought this SIM.
