BSNL 398 Plan is a truly unlimited STV (Special Tariff Voucher). It offers unlimited voice calls without any FUP limit. Also, you will get unlimited high-speed data without any limits or FUP. You can send 100 free SMS daily. This recharge voucher does not offer any free caller tune like other plans.

BSNL mandates customers not to use this plan for Tele-calling, Spamming and other unauthorized uses.

This voucher does not increase the validity of the SIM. So, you need to use a Validity voucher separately. One such cheap and the best voucher is the BSNL-94.
