How to get BSNL Mobile Call Details History using SMS or Offline Method

Call details play an important role in determining good or bad in certain situations. It is a frequently asked question (FAQ) from customers to get such call records. As a BSNL customer, you can know your Prepaid Mobile Call Details history using the Offline method called SMS method.

Even if you delete the dialled numbers from phone, you can get these call details. You can know what are the miscellaneous or unknown deductions from your BSNL SIM balance by using these call history details.

Getting BSNL Mobile Call Details History

BSNL Prepaid Customers can get recent call history by sending an SMS to 123. The reply will be in the form of SMS mentioning the Called Number, Call Duration, Call Time and Call Cost. Call Type value will be OG-SMS or OG-CALL.

Getting only Recent Single Call Record

You should send an SMS to 123 in the below format to get the last or recent single Call or SMS history.

LAST to 123

You will get a reply like the below SMS text.

Your Last Call: CallType= OG-SMS CallCost= 0.00 INR CallDuration= 0 sec CallTime= 26/01/2020 07:24 CalledNumber= 97xxxxxxxx CallVolume= 0Bytes

Getting 5 Recent Call Records

You should send an SMS to 123 in the below format to get the last 5 or recent 5 Calls or SMS history.

LAST5 to 123

You will get a reply in the below format with the mobile numbers you called to or texted to.
